Hulu Renews ‘Hit-Monkey” For Second Season
Hulu has renewed animated action-comedy co-created and executive produced by Josh Gordon and Will Speck, Hit-Monkey for a second season from 20th Television Animation. Leslie Jones is joining the cast along with Jason Sudeikis (Bryce), Olivia Munn (Akiko), Ally Maki (Haruka), and Fred Tatasciore (Monkey) all of whom are reprising their roles from the show’s first season which is streaming now on Hulu.
After a Japanese snow monkey’s tribe is slaughtered, he joins forces with the ghost of an American assassin and together, they begin killing their way through the Yakuza underworld. Season two will see Bryce and Monkey heading to NYC.
