Animation Domination Hi-Def gets rebrand and officially switches networks

You may remember that this past Halloween FXX had sneaked Animation Domination Hi-Def which finally premiered the return episodes for long-awaited cartoons like Lucas Bros., and showcased new IP’s like Major Lazer, and Stone Quackers.  Lucas Bros continued to be one of the best shows on television, and Major Lazer could be just as weird as anything Adult Swim could pull off, whilst Stone Quackers is certainly the FOX studios’ answer to Regular Show. 

That sampler, has since been turned into an appetizer, which will then parlay into a full course because on January 1st at Midnight EST after the Simpsons marathon on FXX, sneak peeks of Lucas Bros and Stone Quackers will premier as part of an all-new ‘Animation Block’. Then immediately after the season six premier of Archer on FX (happening January 8th @ 10 pm ET/PT), MORE new episodes of Lucas Bros. and Stone Quackers will premier.

Then starting on January 22nd @ Midnight EST only on FXX, ‘The Animation Block’ stays put for eight more episodes each of both Lucas Bros. Moving Company and Stone Quackers followed by reruns of Axe Cop and High School USA! 

Original FOX ADHD producer Nick Weidenfeld continues to head up the new animation initiative however it’s worth noting that the studio he heads seems to have changed its name from Friends Night to ADHD studios
