“Animals” Producers Get 20th FOX Deal

Well, that was fast…

I told you it wasn’t going to take them long! Phil Matarese and Mike Luciano have set up a deal with 20th Century FOX that will see the boys script an animated series and oversee another one with both to be shopped elsewhere to platforms that probably will not be New FOX.

This adds to a long list of adult animated series that FOX is setting up to go along with recent efforts like Bless the Harts, Central Park, Solar Opposites, and Hoops. For Phil and MIke, this follows the recent news that HBO had canceled Animals after three seasons.
