A ‘Futurama’ Mobile Game is in the Works!

At this point it’s just a teaser website, but a Futurama game is reportedly in the making.

PlayFuturama.com has gone live, displaying a fantastic piece of artwork featuring Bender and the simple description: “Mobile Game Coming Soon.”

And why not, considering the previous success of “freemium” games like The Simpsons: Tapped Out, Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, and South Park: The Stick of Truth. Tapped Out alone has made over $100 million for FOX.

However, it’s worth noting that this won’t be the first Futurama game, as an Xbox and PlayStation 2 incarnation was released back in 2003.
