Why can’t we be friends?

Monsters are awesome and usually a staple of films…but why can’t they be friends? Stoopid Buddy Stoodios producer Harry Chaskin wonders what would happen if King Kong and Godzilla were friends in this new short called Monster Island.

In it, Zog and Java are two best friends looking to throw the ultimate BBQ party. They also happen to be giant monsters imprisoned on an island. 99.9% stop-motion animation, 0.1% tiny live-action people.

This gives us hope that other unlikely friendships could also form. Batman and Joker? My mom and dad? Donald Trump and Barack Obama?? The possibilities are endless!
