‘South Park’ “Bro Down” Bracket is All the March Madness You Need
March Madness is upon us, and South Park has introduced a bracket of its own, matching up 64 of the show’s most popular characters in a winner-takes-all tournament. Because let’s face it, NCAA basketball shouldn’t interest anyone except college students, gamblers, and folks who enjoy watching highly-talented athletes play in close-scoring, painfully-selected match-ups purely for the love of the game.
Like the Big Dance, the “South Park Bro Down 2015” tourny is divided into six rounds (two initial ones, plus the sweet 16, elite 8, semi-final, and championship) with three or four days per round in which fans can vote on a set number of individual match-ups.
Part one of the first round began Monday, with face-offs between Clyde & Craig, Towelie & Lemmiwinks, and Manbearpig & Sexual Harassment Panda, among others.
Click the photo or visit the official South Park site to download & print your bracket, and be sure to vote every few days leading up to the championship in the second week of April (4/6-4/9).
If you ask me, the winner should obviously be Randy Marsh, but what do I know? Cartoons are just my job, yo.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
