English Dub Review: Dusk Beyond the End of the World “The Machine that Shouted Love at the End of the World”
Overview:
Love is a complicated emotion. As Akira and Yugure go on a date, Amoru must wrestle with her jealousy.
Our Take:
When I first began my anime journey, it seemed like a harem show with a harem ending was rare. In case you’re not sure what that is, it’s an ending where the main character gets with all of the heroines. But now it’s starting to seem more prevalent, and I won’t be surprised if that’s where this series goes. At this point, I think Akira is either going to find Towasa somehow, and she’s going to be okay with Yugure and Amoru claiming him as well, or Towasa is long dead and he LC’s with both Yugure and Amoru. People entering an LC with multiple partners is mentioned too much for it not have relevance in the story.
As for the date between Akira and Yugure, it was very cute. I believe that Akira is starting to develop feelings for Yugure; I’m not sure about Amoru. You can tell Yugure is serious about Akira because she brings up concerns about how dangerous she can be. I hope that we get more episodes like this for the romance fan in me.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
