English Dub Review: 2.5 Dimensional Seduction “The Protagonist’s Story”
Overview:
Ten years is a long time to dwell on guilt. An estranged father’s regrets and a determined daughter’s wish are about to arrive at a crossroads.
Our Take:
I was really happy that Aria was able to cosplay for her dad. That felt like a weird thing to say because of how little clothing she’s wearing, but hey, he drew the character that way. It was nice to see Okarun and Ririsa get a chance to talk with one of their favorite mangakas. It was a good thing that they got a chance to talk with him because he had been contemplating ending the manga. But after seeing the joy his manga brings people, he decided to keep it going for a bit longer.
We got to see a little snippet of how Aria’s mom and dad met and got together. She gave Aria a message to deliver, essentially saying that she had better be the first to read his new manga. There’s clearly love between these two still, and I hope that they get back together. I don’t know what caused them to split up other than some financial difficulties, so I think there’s a chance for reconciliation.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
