‘Bob’s Burgers’ Supervising Director Leaks New Episode Details
Fans of the long-running animated comedy “Bob’s Burgers” have reason to be excited, as the show’s supervising director, Simon Chong, has provided a sneak peek at the upcoming 16th season. Chong shared a series of sketches that reveal titles and key art for several new episodes, hinting at what’s in store for the Belcher family.
The leaked images suggest a variety of new adventures, including a slumber party-themed episode and the return of fan-favorite character Nat Kinkle. The sketches also confirm two holiday specials for the season: one for Halloween and another for a winter celebration.
In addition to these new episodes, it was also revealed details about the show’s milestone 300th episode. This special installment will reportedly serve as a flashback, taking viewers back to the early days of Bob and Linda Belcher’s relationship and the beginning of their family restaurant.
Emmy Award-winning Bob’s Burgers returns for its 16th season this September. The series centers on the working-class Belcher family — parents Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) and Linda (John Roberts) and their three children, Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene (Eugene Mirman), and Louise (Kristen Schaal) — who run a seaside New Jersey hamburger restaurant and their adventures interacting with the eccentric members of their community.
Bob’s Burgers is produced by 20th Television Animation. The series was created and is executive-produced by Loren Bouchard. Nora Smith, Dan Fybel, Rich Rinaldi, Greg Thompson, Jon Schroeder, Steven Davis, Scott Jacobson, Holly Schlesinger, Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin also serve as executive producers. The series was co-developed by Jim Dauterive.
