English Dub Review: Classroom of the Elite “The Twenty-Million Man”

Overview:

Ayanokoji’s class reacts to his newly revealed skill as the stage is set for the next special test.

Our Take:

I had to rewind because I forgot that the students aren’t “allowed” to have sex, but when Ichika came to visit, she had brought condoms. Why would they sell condoms if the students aren’t allowed to have sex? I don’t think the teachers live on campus, but oh well, maybe it’s another one of those things where they respect the people that can get away with things.

There’s one thing that I think is going to piss me off later. With summer vacation coming up, the school will be providing a relaxing getaway for the students. But only after they have proven themselves in another special exam. The special exam will be a desert island survival thing. The relaxing getaway is a cruise ship. I thought I was having major deja vu because wasn’t that what happened in the first season? It was! I’m not saying a story can’t do the same thing, heck, I was hoping that My Hero Academia would do a sports festival every year because it was so hype. I just hope it’s different enough to still be interesting.
