The Cardiff comedy scene is bracing for a takeover as the Pigeon Laughs Comedy Festival officially returns to Chapter Arts Centre this March. This year’s installment is shaping up to be the festival’s most ambitious yet, anchored by an exclusive premiere and deep-dive discussion surrounding one of the most talked-about cult hits in recent years: Golden Cobra.
