English Dub Review: Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider “Let’s Do This, Shocker!”
Overview
The Bat Man intends to convert every visitor at an arena into a Shocker Combatant. Can the Riders stop him?
Our Take
Picking up from the previous episode, the story pushes deeper into its climactic setup as the “Rider” heroes infiltrate enemy territory, only to discover that familiar faces have been turned against them. The situation quickly escalates, but through determination and teamwork, they manage to regain control and press forward. Along the way, key confrontations highlight the strength of each character’s resolve, particularly in a rematch that emphasizes growth and conviction. As the group advances, the stage is set for a showdown, with the central threat finally revealing itself in full and raising the stakes for everyone involved.
For the rest of the proceedings, it leans heavily into action and character-driven moments, delivering satisfying payoffs while still feeling slightly uneven in execution. Some fights stand out for their intensity and emotional weight, even if they feel shorter than expected, while others benefit from strong choreography and a clear thematic focus on willpower over raw strength. The camaraderie among the cast is a major highlight, with moments of unity and loyalty reinforcing the series’ core appeal. However, certain transitions and pacing choices prevent the episode from fully maximizing its impact, and a few plot elements feel rushed as the story races toward its conclusion.
Overall, this episode serves as a high-energy lead-in to the finale, bringing together the full cast and setting the stage for one last major battle. While the buildup is exciting and the character moments hit well, there’s some concern about whether everything can be wrapped up cleanly in a single remaining episode. Still, the momentum is strong, and if the finale delivers on the action and emotional stakes established here, the series has a solid chance to end on a memorable note.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
