Our Take
In terms of shorts and cutaways, if you’re here for those you’re gonna be a bit disappointment with this week’s episode of Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head because they are in short supply and to be honest I don’t care enough about Doja Cat nor Hozier to even really stomach shit-talking about either of them so I was really hoping both quarter-hour episodes would win me over.
Fortunately, they do. “Work From Home” is by far the better of the two episodes tonight because we finally get to see middle-aged B&B back at Burger World and pretty much getting their jobs back in 30 seconds which is fantastic in it’s own right. Then the supposed party that happens in store which is supposed to be their homes was a nice touch as well so everything worked out here.
“Bed and Breakfast” was a bit of a letdown mainly because I really wanted to see our teenaged idiots legit try to put together a Bed and Breakfast for their guests but really we spend most of the time at the laundromat. Like I think it would’ve been much improved if the laundry part of it was a much smaller portion of the episode and instead play up the guys going through the motions of everything you’d expect at a B&B only to see the guest’s increased disappointment. Unfortunately, none of that happens here but we do get a hilarious ending.
Overall, Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head still puts in a solid, if not, just barely missing week of comedy.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
