FOX Delivers Thanksgiving Treat with ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Music Video, ‘Thanksloving’
FOX and the team behind the multiple Emmy Award-winning series Bob’s Burgers have released a festive new music video just in time for the holiday, titled “Thanksloving.”
The animated short features Bob Belcher, voiced with his signature admirable aplomb by H. Jon Benjamin, as he performs a heartfelt, yet characteristically awkward, love ballad dedicated to the turkey he is preparing for Thanksgiving dinner. With music and lyrics penned by show Executive Producers Loren Bouchard and Nora Smith, the short captures the sweet, warm, and unmistakably eccentric tone that defines the series.
The video serves as a special holiday treat for fans of the working-class Belcher family—parents Bob and Linda (John Roberts), and their children Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene (Eugene Mirman), and Louise (Kristen Schaal)—who navigate life running their seaside New Jersey hamburger restaurant.
As the series continues its run on FOX, new seasonal storylines are set to feature Bob facing his fears by joining Louise in a father-daughter boogie boarding competition, while Tina takes on the role of an anonymous advice columnist for “Ask an Eighth Grader.” Another episode sees the family attempting to cater an important reception for their landlord, Mr. Fischoeder, in exchange for two months of free rent.
The series is produced by 20th Television Animation, with Loren Bouchard serving as the creator and executive producer.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
