Overview:

The fierce battle with Bakugo reminds All For One of his and his brother Yoichi’s origins.

Our Take(Spoilers):

This whole episode was fantastic, and the way it was put together was genius. The first half of the episode gave us the gruesome and chilling full backstory of All for One. I don’t know how a baby can be as aware of his surroundings as he was, but he made life hell for his mother and brother. He took all of the nutrients from his mother so that not only did his brother grow to be weak, but he also seemingly killed his mother. What’s brilliant about how this was portrayed is that if you didn’t already hate All for One, then you definitely will now, which leads perfectly into the second half.

Now that we’re all on board with hating All for One, we will all cheer when Bakugo absolutely wrecks his ass. Seriously, the character growth of Bakugo needs to be studied. I HATED him when the series started, but now he’s one of my favorites. It sucks that the series is almost over because I would love to see Deku and him hang out and work together as equals and friends without any of the animosity.
