Report: King of the Hill 15th Season All But Confirmed

The successful return seems to have secured the show’s future. Hulu reportedly commissioned 20 episodes for the revival, but only 10 were released in the first season. This means a second batch of 10 episodes, constituting a 15th season, is already in the can and expected to arrive sometime next year. This early renewal is a testament to the show’s enduring appeal and the creators’ ability to deliver a series that feels both fresh and comfortingly familiar.

LoneStarLive is also reporting that a few episode titles are showing up on WGA’s website, so it sounds like we’ve all but got confirmed that a second season of the reboot is all but confirmed.

Synopsis

King of the Hill depicts the life and times of Hank Hill (Mike Judge), his family and their neighbors in the fictional suburb of Arlen, Texas, the heartland of America. A hard-working, loyal family man and proud Texan, Hank is assistant manager of Strickland Propane. He’s a blue-collar Everyman who sees himself as the voice of common sense and reason in a world of incompetent sales clerks, meddling bureaucrats and do-good liberals.
