English Dub Review: New Saga “The Perfect Start to a Heroic Tale”

Overview:

To save the ill-fated Princess Milena, Kyle must brave a danger the likes of which he’s never faced before.

Our Take:

I expected to spend most of this review talking shit on the action scenes. The first one of the episode wasn’t very long, but it was so bad. It looked like it was clipped wrong, and I had no idea how Kyle won with how it looked on-screen. But then he took on the hydra, and that fight scene was a lot better. Still not the best I’ve ever seen in a series like this, but it was leaps and bounds better than how the episode started.

Kyle thought he had an idea of what happened with the princess, but he might have bitten off more than he could chew, and I’m not talking about the hydra. He had a theory on who might have tried to assassinate the princess, or that it was an accident. He was able to rule out an accident pretty quickly, but when he found out that someone he trusted was behind the assassination, he was pretty surprised. The princess was less surprised, and it seems like she has a plan. I don’t think Kyle has to worry about getting the title of hero, if he can survive, that is.
