Netflix has dropped a new trailer and sneak peek clip for Genndy Tartakovsky’s highly anticipated 2D animated R-rated comedy, Fixed, ahead of its official premiere on August 13. The new footage offers a closer look at the film’s wild premise, following an average dog named Bull as he embarks on an unforgettable adventure the night before his scheduled neutering.
Adam DeVine, who lends his voice to the central character of Bull, humorously remarked on his role, stating, “I was born to play a fat, hairy dog terrified of losing his balls. I am Bull, and Bull is me.” He also expressed his strong confidence in the acclaimed director, adding, “Genndy is a legend, and if anyone’s going to be in charge of my balls, I’m glad it’s him.”
The film boasts an impressive voice cast alongside DeVine, including Idris Elba, Kathryn Hahn, Fred Armisen, Bobby Moynihan, Beck Bennett, Michelle Buteau, and River Gallo.
Fixed is a production of Sony Pictures Animation, with Tartakovsky directing from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jon Vitti. The story concept was developed by Steve Greenberg, Rich Lufrano, Tartakovsky, and Vitti. Michelle Murdocca serves as producer, with Christian Roedel as co-producer. The new trailer and clip provide further insight into the film’s signature blend of Tartakovsky’s animation style and its raunchy, adult humor.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
