English Dub Review: Delico’s Nursery “The Clan Festival”

Overview:

Pendulum is after a teacher named Krauss—TRUMP’s alter ego. Dali and the team rush to the Clan to prevent them from making contact.

Our Take:

TRUMP being a professor is wild to me, but it honestly makes a lot of sense. A vampire who’s been alive longer than any other would be the perfect person to teach others. But Deli’s run-in with the professor didn’t go well at all because Krauss (TRUMP’s alter ego) told Deli to keep his distance.

Does the way people react to things at parties in shows bother anyone else? If I was at a festival and saw someone suddenly get stabbed and his attacker began to monologue I wouldn’t just stop and stare. No one reacted at all, even once they began to fight each other and I always find that odd with anime.

This episode had its fair share of action that we haven’t gotten to see much of. I can’t say the animation is the most impressive I’ve seen. They weren’t bad by any means but with how lackluster the story has been I was hoping it might start to make up for it with awesome fight scenes.
