English Dub Review: Tower of God “Meeting the Traveler”

Overview:

Workshop Manager Io announces a game in which all participants will compete for a spot on the floating ship. As each team prepares for the start of the game, Viole rescues a Traveller being chased by a security robot in a back alley.

Our Take:

I’m not sure what Viole is doing currently but I like that he got away from the toxic people in FUG. I don’t think that will last for long and there is a certain reunion that happens at the end of this episode that I’m looking forward to next time.

I want to talk about Endorsi Jahad, my favorite character. My biggest problem with Bam going from team to team to team is that his first team had a lot of my favorite members in it. Endorsi being in that team is of course a big reason for my feelings on the matter. She’s got a crush on Bam and is a huge celebrity in this world. Not only that but she’s strong as hell and she has a fun personality.

With a new game kicking off to get everyone on a cruise ship this probably isn’t the best time for a reunion but that’s how things go sometimes. I was a little unclear on if the guns being used in this game kill people but something tells me yes. Either way, Endorsi running into Bam is going to be fun I just wish we didn’t have to wait.
