English Dub Review: Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! “Nighttime Calls Are Super Ticklish”

Overview:

Tsubasa tries walking to school in a blizzard, but Minami and her flirty mother pick him up. After class, Tsubasa, Minami, and Sayuri hang out at a big shopping center. Later that night, Minami shocks Tsubasa with a steaming hot video call from the bath.

Our Take:

Tsubasa has more game than he knows about, with the way he managed to make both Minami and her mother blush he’s going to be in trouble one day. As I’ve said before it’s hard to enjoy a harem show like this especially when all of the characters are great. Outside of certain circumstances, usually, a person is only with one other person and I love both Minami and Sayuri. Granted at this point I’m not sure if any of them have any romantic interest in anyone but I think we all know where this is going eventually.

Tsubasa got more than he bargained for when he asked Minami for some advice on his English lesson. He didn’t think she would be in the bath but not only that she decided to Facetime him as well. It was a harmless bit of teasing at first but when Tsubasa mentioned the homework, Minami freaked out and jumped out of the tub and Tsubasa almost got a full show. Lucky for Minami he dropped his phone as well.
