AGT: Fantasy League Recap: Two of Three Animation Acts Eliminated
I think we may have officially seen the last of Darci Lynne the ventriloquist and instead deal with the fact that we now have Darci Lynne the singer who is now eliminated from America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League. Neither the audience nor the judges were crazy about the young artist shedding her puppet friends for a largely unoriginal country-pop singer who sings about religion thereby putting her in a league of about ten thousand other singers that have done the same thing. Clearly, ventriloquism was Darci’s “in” to show business and she’s almost checked out.
We had slightly better news for sand animation artist Kseniya Simonova who finished third in audience voting but was ultimately eliminated though that didn’t make her presentation any less breathtaking. I don’t know if it’s TV or a movie, but I hope we see more of Kseniya Simonova sooner rather than later.
The one animation artist that is moving on is Shadow Ace who won the audience vote and has advanced to the finals with his hilarious shadow puppet routine. You can watch all three clips below with new episodes of America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League airing Mondays @ 8 pm ET/PT, check your local listings.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
