English Dub Review: Classroom of the Elite “The strongest principle of growth lies in the human choice.”

Overview:

Ayanokoji’s class embarks on their first trial as the ascended Class C, the mixed training camp.

Our Take:

This was one of those anime that I thought would never get a second season let alone a third but here we are. I forgot how awesome the finale to season two was, seeing Ayanokoji beat some ass was pretty sweet. The only thing that sucks about it is that I have a feeling we won’t get to see that too often. This has mostly been a game of wits up to this point so I think he’s only going to bust out the fisticuffs when he has to.

Now that Class D has become Class C it’s time they showed what they were made of. I’m going to be honest there were so many plots and potential backstabs happening in this episode that it was hard to keep up but one thing I’ve learned about this series is that if you pay attention it will all make sense in the end. I just wish they spent more time at school but trips in anime often lead to some of the most interesting arcs and I think this will be no different.
