English Dub Review: Goblin Slayer “City Adventure”

Overview:

The party arrives at the capital and splits ways. The girls go to a public bath and as they’re about to leave, they find that Priestess’s belongings have been stolen.

Our Take: 

I didn’t realize how much the chain mail that Priestess wore meant to her but now we know and I’ve never been more upset with a princess. The beginning of the episode led me to believe that she was a bit strong-willed and wanted to get out and go on an adventure but at least she seemed intelligent. But after how she reacted to what the goblins did when she was on her own I’m going to guess that like some others she also doesn’t know how bad they can be.

But before all of that, she stole one of Priestess’s most valued possessions and that isn’t okay. It was one of the first things that Goblin Slayer praised her about because it showed that she took his advice to heart. I think she has a little crush on him and luckily it looks like she will have the chance to get her possessions back because her group was hired to go get the princess back from the goblins. I just hope they can get to her before the worst happens.
