WGA Announces Animation Nominees For Outstanding Achievement For 2022

Typically the most common reason why an animated series cancels after so many seasons (one of these series are on this list), the Writers Guild of America has announced nominations for outstanding achievement for 2022 in the category of animation which largely features the 34th season of The Simpsons dominating the whole thing.

One of the standout elements of the 34th season is the writing. The episodes have been filled with clever jokes, satirical commentary and clever references. The show continues to tackle current events and social issues in a way that is both funny and thought-provoking. The episodes also contain a good balance of humor, making it appealing to a wide range of audiences and the episodes listed really exemplify that.
