English Dub Review: Bluelock “The Final Piece”

Overview:

By Kuon’s self-sacrificing foul, Team Z has a little bit of hope. During the last play that determines their fate, Isagi finds the final piece of the puzzle that’s necessary for his evolution. With the players’ “awakening” and “evolution,” the first selection of Blue Lock where ego comes head to head, finally comes to an end.

Our Take:

If I’m not mistaken there is only one episode left of this cour but luckily it’s getting a second cour. I am really grateful that some of my favorite manga have blossomed as anime this last year. We are now into 2023 and I think it is going to be a fantastic year for anime. We get the second cour of this series later this year.

The only bad thing about that is the fact that we will probably have to wait to get back to Bluelock. But in the meantime, we do get one more episode and they have all been amazing so far. The animation for the games has been great and just gets better. But mostly the story has been excellent and fun to follow. Now that Team Z has advanced what is in store for them on the other side?
