AGT: All-Stars 2023: Watch Ventriloquist Jamie Leahey Sing With Chuck The Chicken
In the second time in as many weeks, America’s Got Talent: All-Stars featured a singing ventriloquist that was eliminated in the preliminaries. Meet Jamie Leahey, Britain’s Got Talent 2022 contestant who showed up to the All-Stars competition with his pal Chuck the Chicken and wowed the crowd with a singing comedy act.
Unfortunately, like Terry Fator from last week, Jamie didn’t get enough votes to move on, which leaves only ONE more ventriloquist in the competition, Ana Maria Mărgean (Romania’s Got Talent winner 2021) and she’s not slated to debut until January 23rd. But, really, Jamie and Terry showed that despite being fan favorites, NBC really should do something with these talents in the form of a TV show or something.
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
