English Dub Review: Shadows House “The Identity of Master Robe”

Overview:

Kate and the others hold another meeting in Patrick’s rooms to share information, and as they hone in on the culprit behind the phantom mayhem, Emilico realizes something.

Our Take:

I won’t discuss who Master Robe ended up being, I’ll wait till next week for that. The main reason is that I didn’t see it coming. Typically, I don’t mind going over a few spoilers if it’s really obvious or something but I was actually surprised with this one. The culprit did try to turn Kate’s ally’s by suggesting she was keeping secrets but John came to her defense in a cute way. He said that “It’s natural for the leader to know more than others!” which I wouldn’t have thought of before but makes sense.

It’s also cute how much Patrick loves Emilico, he doesn’t even want her to get the wrong idea about a flower he received as a gift. There is a lot of love in the air in this second season and I am loving it. We got another solid episode from Shadows House and that has come to be the norm. I’ve never been disappointed with this anime and I look forward to talking about Master Robe more next week.
