Watch: Fan-Made Rick And Morty “Interdimensional Cable” Animal Crossing Style
I don’t know if Rick and Morty will ever do another “Interdimensional Cable” episode, however, it seems as though fans are perfectly capable of producing their own. This one comes from Youtube user elpinko who produced an effort in Animal Crossing featuring Rick and Morty watching “Nookflix” that features clips from The Simpsons, Conan interviewing Paul Rudd which gives way to a Mac and Me clip, and even John Mulaney.
None of this actually makes me want to play Animal Crossing because I just really don’t have the patience for it, but I would love to see more machinima type content like this. I know show creator Justin Roiland is a big Animal Crossing fan so I’m sure he’ll get a kick out of this!
There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
