Animated Reboot Of “Everybody Hates Chris” In Development By CBS Studios

Everybody Hates Chris is getting an animated reboot by way of CBS Studios with longtime animation producer Sanjay Shah (Central Park/South Park/King of the Hill) being handed the reigns as writer and EP for the series. No word yet on a network for pick up, though Chris Rock is slated to return as the narrator and EP.

Synopsis:

Inspired by his childhood experiences, comedian Chris Rock narrates the hilarious, touching story of a teenager growing up as the eldest of three children in Brooklyn, New York during the early 1980’s.
