Adult Swim News: Full Con Schedule ; JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures
Toonami producer Jason Demarco has noted that the action-toon lineup for Adult Swim will continue on with Ballmastrz: 9009 season two for the time being as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures: Golden Wind is still experiencing COVID-19 related delays for the English dubbed adaptation. That said, it doesn’t sound like Toonami will be devoid of original series for long as the long-awaited schedule for Adult Swim Con is now live.
The schedule includes all sorts of cool shit like a Rick and Morty panel (sans Justin Roiland but with added S5 footage), a FlyLo live-DJ set in celebration of Yolo: Crystal Fantasy (set to premiere August 9th), and maybe the most informative, a Toonami panel with first-looks at Uzumaki and Blade Runner.
For those worried about the lack of free events at this year’s Adult Swim Con, the network has a whole host of cool shit on the docket for this years Comic-Con @ Home that you can get additional details about here.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
