‘B: The Beginning” To Be Made Available on Blu-Ray In North America Via Shout Factory
Slated to release this October, with an available Ultimate Edition, will be the entire first season of B: The Beginning created by Production I.G and animator and character designer Kazuto Nakazawa. Kazuto Nakazawa directed the series and designed the characters while also serving as key animation supervisor, Yoshiki Yamakawa also directed the series alongside Nakazawa, Katsuya Ishida wrote the scripts, and Yoshihiro Ike composed the music. The series has been renewed for a second season by Netflix.
According to the announcement made by Anime Matsuri Panel, the series will be co-distributed by Shout Factory and will be made in fine retailers as well as digital retailers for an EST version. The physical home release will have an available Ultimate Edition that will include the English dubbed adaptation, a CD of the soundtrack, all 12 episodes, an art book, and a set of art prints.

Synopsis:

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
