English Dub Review: Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou “Kotatsu, Year End, Santa”

This week’s episode checks in on the house starting from X-mas through New Year’s Eve. We learn that Aki still believes in Santa, but really the episode is an appreciation of Aki to that of the Caretaker for taking such good care of him for the last year. Everyone is super-appreciative, and Aki falls asleep in Caretaker’s lap.

Our Take

And we get to the end of the harrowing tale of 12 episodes that were almost rape. I’ll get into more of that in the season review next week, but with the holidays right around the corner I couldn’t help but get a bit more fuzzy about how this one finishes up both the show and probably the franchise.
