Spawn is a character that shot to fame in the ’90s. Starring in a dark and gritty adult animated show and a movie himself, Spawn was on a level with the Dark Knight’s popularity. It is no wonder that these two characters crossed publishing companies to face-off and team up. The dark energy that both of these heroes puts off makes for some edgy storytelling. Especially when legend Frank Miller is composing things and Todd McFarlane is drawing his creation. On television, this would be one of the meanest crossovers that we have ever seen. It needs to happen.
