Review: Daddy and the Big Boy “Birthday”
Go low.
Overview (Spoilers Below)
Big Boy lies and says it’s his birthday as part of a scheme for Daddy to kill himself and leave his “son” with all of the inheritance. Unfortunately, we come to find out that Big Boy’s understanding of the will is incorrect and Daddy is better off alive.
Our Take
Daddy and the Big Boy returns with an episode that does a good job of setting the table for both new and returning viewers in terms of explaining the premise and giving us a plot that gets to the point in under three minutes. I’ll be curious to see if we stay on this path of an arc that sees the nefarious ants at the picnic trying to upstage this whole ruse.
Score
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
