Review: Mike Tyson Mysteries “Real Bitches of Newport Beach”
WOLVES!
Overview (Spoilers Below)
Mike and crew invade a Real Housewives type show to solve a mystery that is so typically cliche of just about every show ever made for Rachet TV. Turns out, everything was just a big misunderstanding between a bunch of the ladies as part of the show and they probably have more important things to worry about than their fake TV drama.
Our Take
This show gets really dark, especially at the end of THIS week’s episode. That said, this spoof is already rather cliche, reality tv show send-ups have been done a thousand times before. That’s not to say I didn’t appreciate the fact that, at the end of the day, Mike Tyson referring himself as a bitch, isn’t hilarious in every way imaginable. But like most of these reality shows, the reason why the women were arguing in the first place isn’t entirely clear, and instead, you just hang on for dear life. But that ending? That’s worth the whole episode by itself.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
