Key Art Revealed For “Harley Quinn” Coming To DC Universe Streaming Service
The adult animated series is currently in production.
DC Entertainment has a streaming service called DC Universe releasing later this year, and one of the series currently in development for the service is a brand-new animated spin-off of Suicide Squad called Harley Quinn. We’ve got 26 episodes on the way clocked at 30 minutes a piece each coming in 2019 and key art has officially been revealed which you can see above.
The series sees Harley along with a host of other selections from Gotham’s rogue gallery (Poison Ivy has been confirmed) be featured in a series that will see the “Queenpin” of crime try and take over a post-Joker Gotham City. The producers are going to ask Margot Robbie to do it, but if she passes, fans would be just as happy with a name like Tara Strong to don the jester’s outfit.
Justin Halpern & Patrick Schumacker are producing as well as Dean Lorey and WB Animation.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
