Rumors: Disney XD Shutting Down Marvel Shit-Toons ; South Park: The Fractured But Whole Coming To Nintendo Switch

One rumor sounds plausible, the others have us questioning the original source.

 

GameInformer is reporting that South Park: The Fractured But Whole is coming to Nintendo Switch. This after an Australian retailer posted this with a March 13th release date. In related news, South Park: The Stick of Truth is rumored to be coming out for physical release on both XBone and PS4.

GI notes that South Park shares a similar “backbone” if you will to games from Ubisoft that are already available on Switch. That said, nothing is confirmed just yet. In the meantime, read our review here.

Spider-Man is already seeing shades of Mary Jane and Gwen Stacy.

Rumors are circulating that Disney XD is getting ready to can a bunch of their horrible Marvel-branded television series, though I’m not crazy about the original source of these claims due to the fact that he has a list of projects, some of which he claims are ongoing but we know aren’t. For example, this site(based in London, mind you) has Moonbeam City, DadBoner, and Superjail as ongoing series, and we know that none of these are (click on the links for latest info).

Our Take

Still though, if those shit Disney-Marvel shows are canned, all the better. Maybe after the Disney-FOX deal closes we can get some 20th Century FOX fingerprints on some of those franchises and get more like this.
