Continue readingThis month’s issue of Rick and Morty features a story all about a day in the life of Beth. Positioned more like an episode of ER and less of a Rick and Morty, we get to see exactly what it’s like for Beth to be on the business end of a husband that doesn’t appreciate her, a new boss that nearly costs her a job, and a father that causes mass hysteria the second she walks in the door. It’s an emotional look that certainly lends itself as some good background as to why Beth would leave Jerry, and quite frankly, I’m not sure why this wasn’t a produced episode for Adult Swim!
