Review: Rooster Teeth Animated Adventures “Shrinkin’ & Dreamin'”
Rooster Teeth was the only network working this week.
Spoilers Below
Rooster Teeth admirably starts off 2017 with a conversation about penises. The first bit in this episode features Chris talking about the reason he stopped drinking Surge in the 90s. Apparently, it makes your penis shrink. Or at least that is what everyone said in middle school. However, no one can figure out who would have started that rumor. Definitely not some kid’s mom, BARB.
Next up, Burnie talks about how he can’t really remember any of the Harry Potter movies, even though he has seen all four. He remembers Dobby, Quidditch, and a tournament to win a cup. Oh, and paintings that look at you. And the dude with the crazy eye. But that is it. Don’t worry, Burnie, I don’t remember them either.
Finally, Gus tells us about a dream he had featuring Burnie. The office cleaning lady shows up at Gus’s house, begging for his help to save her from Burnie. It turns out that Burnie was trying to kill her. When Gus peeked out his window, he saw Burnie sitting in his car shooting at the house with his finger. Burnie was totally calm, just trying to kill people with his finger. Even Gus said WTF when he woke up.
These stories were definitely funnier than some of the other recent videos. Well, except for the Harry Potter story. That was pretty boring. But the stories about Chris being afraid to lose his penis to an energy drink and Gus dreaming of Burnie? Those were funny. They really need to get back to “Gavin or Google” level humor, though.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
