Review: The Amazing World of Gumball “The Code”

Oh no! The wi-fi is out at Gumball’s house! Well, no. They are stealing wi-fi from their neighbor, Mr. Robinson. Now the kids have to entertain themselves unless they can get it turned back on. Since they think the password has been changed, they need to sneak into his house to change it back. Gumball and Darwin sneak into Mr. Robinson’s house but they are envisioning themselves actually going into a computer to get all of this accomplished. Anais is sure to tell them how stupid they look. Anyway, it turns out that the password was never changed. Mr. Robinson is using up all the bandwidth with browser add-ons. While he sleeps, Anais turns them all off and everything is back to normal. Until the power goes out.

This show really is at its best when Gumball and Darwin’s imaginations go wild. I was confused for a minute when I saw the goofballs go “digital” but once they showed the actual aftermath of their hijinks, it all seemed so perfect. Now we need an episode with them turning the power back on!
