Comics Review: Bob’s Burgers Ongoing #14
One of the best comics of the year.
Spoilers Below
This month’s issue of Bob’s Burgers is continuing the recent trend of the comics adaptation focusing on each of the Belcher kids every month, and so far, so good. This month, we get Louise who turns herself into a chinchilla and runs around town all the while Linda keeps blinking when anything important happens.
Our Take
Overall, it’s a very good read. Fans of the sci-fi elements found in Rick and Morty or Family Guy’s “Stewie” will certainly enjoy the more fantastical elements presented in a Bob’s Burgers universe that is typically rather grounded. Also, the panels are drawn and inked as close to the animated series I have ever seen, and that seems to be an ongoing thing sans the cover for which this month featured an excellent boxing variant which is the one I bought. Great stuff.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
