This gang called The Developers keep messing up New New York whenever people fall asleep, but because of Fry’s energy drink addiction he’s the only one noticing. As a result, Fry teams up Leela and his new friend Bendy, the trio are able to thwart the Devs’ plans and bring New New York back to its former glory.

Our Take

I would have liked to have seen if Fry got his job back, but there were quite a few moments in this issue. Bendy is a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the almost Matrix sensibilities of the plot. Definitely an issue worth picking up.
