Review: The Amazing World Of Gumball ‘The Pest’

Warning NOT JOHN BLABBER BELOW – ALSO SPOILERS:

Hey, wait a minute, this isn’t Johnny boy – NAH BRO, ITS ME – ACHILLE$.  Don’t worry, I’ll play nice.

Lets talk Gumball and aforementioned Amazing World.

On this go round of Gumball and company, we learn that Anais is being bullied at school.  In order to avoid physical kung-fu conflict, Gumball and Darwin try to find ways for her to settle her schoolyard beef peacefully.  After making their way through all viable methods, the gang finally decides that the only way to deal with this particular pest is laying some smack-down (which Gumball himself decides to dish out – to mixed results.)  That my friends, is the plot.

What did I think?  Yeah, it was alright.  I like this show and it had a few moments that made me smile – this be true – but I don’t think this was their best showing. Funny enough, I actually found the episode that aired afterward much funnier (“The Check”) and so I know how good this show has the potential to be.  This episode just needed to be much more ridiculous to get my higher marks.

Not bad, let’s see how the rest of the week goes while John is off at Camp Annawana. YAY CARTOON NETWORK YAY CARTOONS!
