AT&T to offer Hulu to subscribers
On the back of similar deals with other television providers like Armstrong, Atlantic Broadband, Mediacom Communications, Midcontinent Communications, Cablevision, and WideOpenWest, AT&T is now getting ready to begin expanding their relationship with the Hulu streaming services.
Now, customers of AT&T’s TV services are able to stream free Hulu content to their providers, but the new deal will allow AT&T customers to browse content and watch clips. Users who want to watch Hulu-exclusive content like The Awesomes will be redirected to a sign-up form where you can subscribe to Hulu for $7.99 a month, or a log-in page for existing subscribers.
In terms of original content, Hulu was rather quiet this year in the realm of cartoons during its Upfronts presentation, but we were able to find out ourselves when the third season of The Awesomes kicks off. This new deal, could potentially bring about new fans of the Seth Meyers series.
