Comics Review: Poet Anderson #1
On the back of their very well-received short film Poet Anderson: Dream Walker comes this printed prequel that should provide for excellent back story for the world we’re entering.
Anyone who has seen the film and come away with questions…do not be alarmed. All that means is that you are human and you enjoy sci-fi because the best of the best make movies, write books, etc and they leave you guessing as to what the hell happened.
Poet Anderson #1 actually help fills in the gaps for the short-film by providing us with a good blue print of what it means to be dream walkers, night stalkers, night terrors, and more. Giving you this lay of the land definitely gives you renewed appreciation for just how expanded the Poet-verse really is. Certainly on the levels of Chris Nolan or Matrix in terms of dense material, Poet Anderson continues to trek along some of Tom Delonge’s best work. The cells contain luscious background designs, elegantly crafted action sequences, and a plot that demands your attention and requires you to take part on this journey.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
