Comics Review: Bart Simpson #94
This type of an issue reminds me of why I still buy Bart Simpson comics. Similar to Bart, there really isn’t rhyme or reason to the issue, just all over the place fun.
The opening story sees Bart run into Ranier Wolfcastle fresh off of his McBain #1 one-shot figuring out how he can prepare for his next role. Turns out, Ranier wants to be a kid, but Bart doesn’t exactly cut it for the muscled up actor. Rather, Nelson seems to fit his mold, though we come to learn that the kid that made ‘Haw! Haw!’ international vernacular is better as an agent.
Mid-way through the entire issue, we get a fantastic Spongebob crossover followed up with a cat lady puzzle. The latter is the type of stuff these comics need to do to be fun. Why not cross word puzzles or word jumbles? I think attributes like this could help make these issues soar. As a matter of fact, I would’ve taken any one of those ideas over the Mr. Burns vs Lisa story at the end.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
