Ratings Are In 11/18/14: Bob’s Burgers > Mulaney
Animated television continues to win for FOX on Sunday Nights which is good because there’s more of it coming to the network. According to Deadline, not only are the ratings really great, but Bob’s Burgers shows that it should have a WAY more consistent schedule
The 8 PM The Simpsons (2.9/8) was steady with last week’s Futurama crossover. Family Guy(2.2/5) also saw some demo love with a 22% rise from last week as well as the same percentage upward movement in viewership with 4.4 million watching. All of which gifted Bob’s Burgers (1.7/4) a 13% lift in its new time slot from its last original at 7:30 PM on November 2. Perhaps more importantly for Fox, Bob’s Burgers was up nearly 89% from what Mulaney delivered among the demo in the 9:30 PM slot last week – and that was a better than usual week for the freshman comedy.
This weekend, Family Guy is a rerun, so it will be interesting to see what kind of numbers Bob’s Burgers can muster, but it will probably still be better than Mulaney.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
