Ratings Are In 10/14/14: The Simpsons are back UP!

We’re only a couple of weeks in, but FOX is already putting up reruns of Family Guy, and we don’t even get a new episode of Bob’s Burgers until November 2nd! Thankfully, The Simpsons are still here to save us all.  According to Deadline.com:

The Simpsons (3.3/9) had a great night in preliminary ratings with a 65% surge over its October 5 broadcast. It should be noted that the long-running animated series came off of Fox’s The OT (5.8/18) at 7:30 PM from a live NFL game. Family Guy encore (1.7/4) unlike an original of the Seth McFarlane show last week.

This weekend will see the return of new Family Guy, so I’ll be interested to see how those numbers come out. But, this ‘not having Bob’s Burgers’ shit is starting to get a little old.
