Dear FOX, what is Mister P?

If you guys have been on the Wikipedia page for upcoming FOX Animation, you may notice a new upcoming series listed right after Bordertown which is set to air next year on FOX….that being Mister P. 

Problem is, I have no idea what Mister P. is. Is this a new series coming from the prime-time relocation of FOX ADHD? Is it something else entirely in development? Or is someone just fucking with us all. I haven’t a clue, because I don’t suspect it to be just some indie producer trying to promote his shit as I can’t seem to find any sign of a Facebook page promoting as such.
